How do I join a course?
Create a student account, explore a published course, review its fee and policies, and submit your enrollment. Paid course access is enabled after the required verified payment or an authorized academy approval.
Can I see the fee before enrolling?
Yes. Published courses show their current fee. Your enrollment keeps its own fee snapshot, so a later change to the published price does not silently change your assigned fee.
Where can I find my payment receipt?
After a payment is verified, its receipt appears under Fees & Payments in your student portal. Pending or failed payments do not receive a successful-payment receipt.
Are all courses delivered online?
Each course lists its delivery mode, duration, prerequisites, and available learning materials. Check the course page for the applicable format.
Will I receive a certificate?
Certificate eligibility depends on the program. Do not assume certification is included unless it is explicitly confirmed by the academy.
